All of our pieces are made to order entirely handmade in NYC, and are therefore final sale.

Should you need a resize or repair, please contact Hello@Ruveil.com for assistance. Any work done on your Ruveil piece by a 3rd party voids any warranty or complimentary service. Post-production design changes on client approved custom pieces will be subject to production and redesign fees. 

Refunds and order cancellations will only be accepted within 24hours after you place your order. Contact Hello@Ruveil.com to cancel your order.

We want you to be happy with your Ruveil piece! For domestic purchases, we offer a 7 day exchange policy for store credit. The piece must be received to us unworn, in its original packaging and postmarked within 7 business days of its delivery date. Ruveil is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
